KDE 2.0 Technology overview available

"As KDE users are already aware, around 40 members of the KDE development team gathered together at "KDE II", and worked to resolve some of issues pertaining to the development of a highly component-based system for *nix that is KDE2.0."

"Due to the rapid development currently going on, no thorough description of the technologies have been presented. This document hopes to resolve that matter. I will go over each major technology introduced, describe it's justification, and comment on it's status."
