Prior to Dell, she held management positions in technology acquisitions in software and hardware at Texaco, and in litigation at Shell Oil company. She holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University and a Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College."
