"Sendmail, Inc. and the Sendmail Consortium have announced the
release of sendmail 8.11.0. Due to the easing of crypto export
regulations in the United States, the STARTTLS and SMTP
Authentication Security Layer code can now be included in the open
source version of sendmail."
"Beyond the new encryption features and associated options,
there are a number of bug fixes in this release."
