Rancho Santa Margarita, CA -- theKompany.com, producers and distributors of high-quality open source and commercial software for Linux, Windows, Mac OS X and embedded systems, is pleased to announce the release of SQL Project version 2.1.0 and Advanced SQL Editor version 2.1.1.
SQL Project is a multi-platform (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux), multi-database, integrated development environment for people who create and maintain SQL scripts. The Advanced SQL Editor (ASE) is built into SQL Project and all of its features are available. Both of which are built into DataArchitect versions 2.1 and later. SQL Project has the following features in addition to the ASE features:
Features - Beyond ASE:
Advanced SQL Editor version 2.1.1 is a standalone version of the new Advanced SQL Editor, which is also included in Data Architect v2.1.0. The idea is simple: not everyone necessarily needs all the features of Data Architect, so we've decided to break them out as separate programs for those that are interested. For use on Mac OS X you will also need to install our new macODBC, which is included with your purchase.
