"The DOWJONES is reporting on a Philippine Company named
'SpecOpS Labs' that is working on a project to merge Linux and
Windows programs. The actual project name is 'Project David' (Akin
to David versus Goliath). According to the Manila Bulletin, SpecOpS
Labs has received funding from IBM.
"The SpecOpS Labs website is still not fully functional, but
they do have some details on Project David. SpecOpS intends on
simulating/emulating the WIN32 API under Linux..."
