eWeek: SCO Still Contends GPL Is Unconstitutional

"In an interview Friday, Blake Stowell, The SCO Group Inc.'s communications director, said that SCO is not backing off claims after all that the GPL is unconstitutional in its case with IBM concerning the Unix source code.

"Stowell points out that in this week's filing, called 'SCO's Answer to IBM's Second Amended Counterclaims,' found here in PDF form, that while SCO no longer explicitly states that the GPL is unconstitutional, the Lindon, Utah-based company does maintain the following positions..."
