"Everybody know that you're the actual Debian GNU/Linux maintainer, one of most famous and used secure operating system nowaday. What's its philosophy?

"Well, to correct you a little bit, the Debian Project has *many* maintainers, of which I am only one. We have approximately a thousand fully-fledged developers with voting privileges under our Constitution, and dozens more in the 'new maintainer queue.'
