"Red Hat's Mark Webbink is not the sort of person to issue
threats. He's somewhat unusual in that he's a legal counsel who
uses clear, concise prose when he speaks. Like all those in the
profession, he does speak carefully but thankfully his speech is
free of obfuscation.
"That's why I found it interesting that he would issue a word of
caution to those who are boldly predicting that if it does come to
a patent fight between Linux and Microsoft, then the latter would
hold the upper hand..."
