Boxee - You are NOT "Open"

"Guess what you see first? Two big old fat non-Free, non-Open contracts you need to agree to: the Evaluation and Testing Agreement and the Terms of Service.

"Uh, no thank you.

"Who would read and agree to this? You can't even tell your friends any problems you are having using Boxee. Mine told me he was having some problems connecting from some locations. He violated this Agreement in doing so.

"I especially love how there are 12 user obligations, and only 3 Boxee obligations - the last of which is actually another user obligation."
