"On Wednesday, KDE developer Marijn Kruisselbrink released packages of KDE 4.2 and KOffice 2.0 beta 6 for Maemo, the Linux-based software platform that powers Nokia's Internet Tablet devices.

"Kruisselbrink's KDE 4.2 packages allow the user to run the Plasma desktop shell and full KDE applications within the conventional Maemo environment. The KOffice packages are relatively complete but lack the suite's spreadsheet application, which he was unable to compile."
