Shiny new WordPress 2.9 has undo, image editing features

"Originally developed in 2003, the PHP-based WordPress software is said to power over 200 million websites. The previous version, which was released in June, added an improved widget system and significant performance enhancements. The WordPress developers closed over 500 reports in the project's bug tracking system for the 2.9 milestone. This work represents a large number of minor augmentations that complement the major new features."
