SCO Stands Defiant, German Court Grants Preliminary Injunction (May 30, 2003, 20:30)
Today's press conference from SCO showed a confident and defiant
company ready to take on all comers. Meanwhile, across the ocean,
one German organization has been granted an injunction that
prevents SCO from saying Linux contains illegally obtained SCO
intellectual property, aka Unix source code.
