offer system management solutions from Enlighten to all of its
Linux and IRIX customers. The extended offering, which is
available to all of SGI's customers, originated from a long-term
relationship between the two companies. SGI has been offering the
award-winning Distributed Systems Management (DSM) software from
Enlighten with its IRIX product lines for more than two years."
"Under the terms of the agreement, SGI customers will be able to
download the EnlightenDSM management product directly from the
Enlighten Web site, with simple verification of their status as an
SGI customer. This process will speed delivery of management
products to customers. Additionally, SGI customers can directly
contact Enlighten for sales and support of complementary management
products."
