"The London Stock Exchange has appointed a new chief information officer.

"Antoine Shagoury joins from the American Stock Exchange, now part of NYSE Euronext, where he was CIO since 2004.

"Prior to this, Shagoury was chief technology officer at global financial services firm Instinet Services."
