PGP Key Signing HOWTO for Conference Attendees

A lot of people might be meeting for the first time at LinuxExpo... This is a GREAT time to also exchange your PGP key fingerprints for the purpose of signing each others keys.

I've written up a detailed HOWTO on setting up pgp and the proper method for signing keys. It is the only HOWTO I've been able to find on the topic. It has some information specific to Debian developers (having a public key signed by another developer is a requirement to join the project), but should be helpful to anyone that wants to get their key signed or sign a key.
