"IBM is backing its commitment to the Linux operating system with an ultra-low-cost Unix server. The rack-mounted RS/6000 Unix box designed for Internet service providers (ISPs) will be launched in September.

"The system will support the Linux operating system as well as AIX. Nicknamed Pizzazz, the box will fit in a standard 19in rack and measures just 3.5in high by 24in deep."
