CA has also made a clear commitment to clients to continue supporting the Linux community with enterprise-class management and application development solutions."

"In its latest show of support for Linux, CA today announced the following:

  • A Linux version of its acclaimed Unicenter TNG enterprise management solution;
  • A Linux version of MasterIT, CA's comprehensive Web server management software;
  • A Linux version of Ingres II, CA's relational DBMS development platform, following the company's highly successful Open Beta program.
  • CA also announced that it plans to release additional Linux versions of popular CA products in the coming months."
