"Michael Tiemann, founder and chief technical officer of Cyg nus Solutions, became CTO at Linux distributor Red Hat (www.redhat.com) when it bought Cygnus in December 1999. Tiemann got his start in open source code by writing the first Gnu native C++ compiler. He spoke with Senior Writer Charles Babcock.

You've said Linux is a mobile device operating system (OS).
