"Red Hat Inc.'s Enterprise Edition bundling concept has struck a chord with users, and analysts said the idea may help Red Hat increase revenue and enter enterprise markets."

"Stacey Quandt, an analyst at Giga Information Group Inc. in Santa Clara, Calif., said the concept may not appeal to current Linux users but could draw new customers."

"But some Linux shops said if bundles save time in setting up a server, that's a big win. 'I'm looking for a better SQL solution, because SQL Server 7 won't cut it,' said Vince Bertone, MIS director at telecommunications equipment manufacturer Miteq Inc. in Hauppauge, N.Y. He said he likes the combination of Oracle and Red Hat and would buy a bundled, optimized combination 'in a heartbeat' to replace his SQL Server on Windows NT."
