There are two new Open Source projects from IBM developerWorks.
BlueHoc, a tool that predicts the performance of Bluetooth wireless hardware technologies. BlueHoc simulates the baseband and link layers of the Bluetooth specification. Read about how BlueHoc allows developers to design and test apps in a more realistic network environment.
MXT for Linux . The MXT support patch must be applied to the Linux kernel to make the best use of Memory eXpansion Technology (MXT), a hardware technology for compressing main memory contents that effectively doubles the amount of memory. The MXT Support Patch for Linux is licensed under the GNU General Public License.
