Segment Two- WindowsRefund.Net- Two cases show
progress has started
Tonight on the show we will be joined by Adam Kosmin of windowsrefund.net. Adam is in the process of filing a complaint against Toshiba America Information Systems with the NY State Attorney General\'s office. This is the second such effort by members of this upstart groups attempts at forcing Microsoft and the rest of the IT industry to observe the legal right of a buyer to unbundle PCs and bundled software and ask for a refund. Take a look at this Linux Journal coverage for details of the court ruling.
Previously Walt Pennington, also of WindowsRefund.Net filed suit against HP and Microsoft. Although both of these efforts have yielded no results, more cases are needed to show the courts and halls of congress how Micorsoft is still acting like the 800 pound gorilla that they are.
Join us tonight and find out how you to can file suit and join the cause.
