Sydney Morning Herald: Trade Body Warns Belgian Region About Moving to Open Source

"The Initiative for Software Choice, which describes itself as a
trade body aiming to, among other things, promote the procurement
of software on its merits and not through categorical preferences,
has levelled its latest tirade at the Committee of the Francophone
Community of the Brussels region.
"It appears that the Committee, otherwise known as COCOF, voted
in favour of using Open Source Software except where no other
viable solution exists, with the full migration to OSS should be
implemented within three years and the draft will be voted on at
the COCOF Assembly on March 21..."
