"A company based in The Philippines is claiming it has developed
software that would allow Windows-based applications to run
smoothly on Linux--paving the way for the production of more PCs
preloaded with Linux instead of Windows.
"Codenamed 'David,' Manila-based SpecOps Labs says it will
unveil a working model of this middleware tomorrow and adds that it
could be commercially available before the end of this year..."
