PR: Announcing The GNOME 2.6.2 Desktop and Developer Platform

This point release from the stable branch of the GNOME Desktop and Developer Platform contains a lot of bugfixes and improvements over the previously released 2.6.1 version. Our maintainers, bugfixers, translators and general contributors have been hard at work for the last couple of months bringing more polish, stability and performance to your favourite desktop environment.
