"Recently, Forbes magazine's head cheerleader for Microsoft, Daniel Lyons, wrote a critique of Open Source Risk Management, Inc. (OSRM) and its services, including vendor-neutral indemnification. As usual, Mr. Lyons filled his article with snide comments and ad hominem arguments. (He gets paid for writing like this, folks.)

"I'm not surprised by Mr. Lyons's comments, but I am surprised by the reaction of some in the open source communtiy who have taken Mr. Lyons's bait. Mr. Lyons would have you believe that the people at OSRM are hypocrites for offering services to defend open source users against lawsuits..."
