Lycoris: Changes in Lycoris as a Company

"Thanks for taking the time to read what will be a long message. As you are probably aware, we released Desktop/LX 1.4 two months ago, and over two dozen users have complained that they have never received the copies of boxed software product that they had paid good money for. In my mind, this is a serious problem, and one that needs to be dealt with quickly and efficiently. The fulfillment issues we have had have caused me to take a critical look at Lycoris' business as a whole, and to determine where we as a company need to improve.
