AP/Yahoo!: Media Companies Seek Documents in SCO Suit

"Three media companies have asked a federal judge to unseal
documents in the $5 billion lawsuit by SCO Group against IBM over
software code used in the Linux operating system.
"U.S. District Judge Dale A. Kimball took the request by G2
Computer Intelligence Inc., CNET Networks Inc. and Forbes Inc.
under advisement Tuesday, according to The Deseret Morning News.
The media companies want Kimball to establish a process to
determine which papers should be made accessible..."
