"A recent experience in CompUSA led me to write this article. In a nutshell, I was treated about 7 levels above Rude by a sales clerk at a particular CompUSA location. Basicallly, I was told that CompUSA was NOT a 'Linux store' when I asked a question about the compatability of a DVD burner in Linux. Fine.
