Computer Business Review: AutoZone Dismisses SCO's "Unnecessary" Legal Claims

"SCO Group legal target AutoZone has hit back at the Unix vendor's claim to have uncovered evidence that AutoZone copied its code, saying SCO's recent legal filing was 'unnecessary' and contained 'numerous material misstatements.'

"Lindon, Utah-based SCO's chief executive, Darl McBride, discussed the filing of evidence it had gathered against AutoZone during a June conference call in which the company reported its financial results for the second quarter.
