"Red eyes in pictures is a common and troublesome problem. Red eye is caused by the flash reflecting from the eye back into the lens. One way to prevent 'red eye' is to have the subject look at the photographer's shoulder while the picture is being taken.

"Open a picture with the red eye problem. To do this go to File-Open.

"Then navigate to find the source of the picture. In this case the picture is on the hard drive, located on the hard-drive..."
