PC World: Is Google About to Buy Opera?

"Google rumor du jour: The Web's abuzz with the idea that the search engine behemoth may acquire Opera, that Alternative Browser That Isn't Firefox. There have long been rumors of a Google browser (I blogged about them in September of last year), but until now, the assumption was that project 'GBrowser' would involve a Firefox variant.
