"A colleague of mine was having trouble running OpenOffice.org 2.0 on his older Sony Vaio with its 1.5 GHz AMD Athlon and a mere 256MB of RAM, running SUSE 10 and KDE 3.4. His question of the day: Would increasing his memory to 512 MB make a difference?
