Sure, it can be done, but can it be done easily? That is the ultimate question. Let's be honest, it can definitely be done by hand. That much is true, but it can be a time consuming task and for many of us, time is at a premium these days. We've got entirely too much on our plates to think about migrating hundreds, or even thousands, of people from Windows to Linux. Even we are capable of the job at hand, it's the end users we really need to worry about it... and I guarantee every systems administrator reading this just shuddered and has a body full of goose bumps right now..."
