"As regular readers know there's been a lot of discussion in the
talkbacks to this blog lately about two issues: PC style security
on MacOS X and out-sourcing. One unanticipated result of all this
has been to give me a bit of what I like to think of as insight
into why desktop Linux hasn't been more of a success.
