also houses a training center where students learn how to use open
source tools like PHP, MySQL, Moodle, and embedded Linux. John
Horn, the founder and CEO of Axis, hasn't always been a proponent
of open source. When he began his business in 1993, his mission was

and operated a Microsoft-only networking and desktop computer
