"As the recently released Mandriva 2007.1 RC3 is codenamed 'Beijing,' I can only hope the final release will not be Tiananmen. Otherwise, it's likely that there won't be any other RC before the final release, so installing RC3 would give you a pretty accurate view on how Mandriva Spring will look like and perform.

"Frankly speaking, the bugs I have noticed in it are not major bugs, nor showstoppers, to me. Some other design choices are more important than the bugs--and the design choices will not change between this RC3 and the released version.
