"Right away, as the hype and hot air came oozing off this
distro, I could not believe my eyes. On a machine that I have run
no less than 13 distributions on, for the first time, I'm looking
at what appears to be 640x400 resolution. This is inexcusable,
considering no other distro has ever had this problem before.
Thankfully, I have already done my partitioning prior to this, so a
minor inconvenience like not being able to see the lower half of
the installer is something that can be overcome enough to allow
this review to continue. To be ultimately fair, the user who
understands resolution challenges with Linux can enter the boot
command to assign the preferred resolution, but for most people,
this is not going to happen. Moving on...
"The installer is really well done, and other distros should be
taking notes. Big applause to DreamLinux on this,
seriously...!"
