"SCO Group's breach-of-contract and copyrights claims against IBM have been annihilated by the decision that Novell, not SCO, is the rightful owner of the Unix copyrights, according to IBM.

"Meanwhile, SCO believes that all is not lost, despite admitting that six of its nine claims against IBM could be dismissed by the court in the light of the Unix copyright decision..."
