"There are three simple ways to back up the database.
We can either use the web-based interface, phpMyAdmin, or if we do
not have phpMyAdmin and are using a Linux hosting environment, we
can run a simple command to export the database to a file that we
can download. The final option is to use the cPanel database backup
tool on a Linux hosting platform."
