"I wanted to run an optimized full-on Fedora 10 Gnome desktop. Some may argue that my expectations from this machine is far too demanding, and I should resign to a life of XFCE, or other light window manager. While I fully understand that stance, my preference is to have a 'mini' version of my multiple desktop machines. Should you want to run a different flavor of Fedora, most of this guide will still be applicable."
