"It was not so long ago in mid-March that Gilles Caulier of PlanetKDE announced DigiKam 0.10.0, the first KDE4 version of the photo management application. The newest first beta should lead quite rapidly to version 1.0.0. Meanwhile, main DigiKam developer Caulier has fixed more than 100 bugs and introduced many new features."
