that Palm Pre beats the iPhone in certain important areas:

"With webOS, the Palm Pre offers true multitasking capabilities
that will enable users to run multiple applications at the same
time. You can easily and fluidly switch between running
applications (just like swapping cards) on Palm Pre's touchscreen
display. Meanwhile, the latest iPhone OS 3.0 still has a very
limited multitasking feature."
