"First of all I wish to ask this question. If it is easier with
a graphical program then why don't they explain this tip/solution
with the graphical program. Wait, I will answer that question
myself. It is a lot easier to explain the tip/solution in a textual
manner than to describe a program window or provide screen
shots.
"Secondly, it is my personal opinion that, most times doing
simple stuff is a lot easier and faster through the console, than
it is via a point and clicky, search and fumble method. I do mean
the search and fumble too. If you have ever supported people who
are not proficient in computers they do, even on programs they use
every day, search and fumble around the graphical user interface.
To have them do the same thing on a program they rarely, if ever,
use is almost impossible."
