Microsoft contract forces cancellation of Stallman talk in Argentina (Matware)

"The "Matware" site has a brief article (in Spanish) stating
that a planned talk by Richard Stallman at the Argentinian National
Technological University, Mar del Plata, has been canceled as the
result of contracts signed with Microsoft. Said contracts, it is
said, prohibit the university from criticizing the company or its
