they are all the same. To these companies the operating system they
are peddling is simply a product. Nothing more and nothing less.
For a product to be successful in selling, unless it is a niche
product, it must appeal to the widest target market it can. So what
these companies do is market to the lowest common denominator.
"What this means is that you if compare operating systems to a
cup of tea then no matter what type of tea you ask for, all you get
is something which is almost, but not quite, tea. It doesn't matter
who you are or what your preferences are, you have no choice in
your proprietary operating system. The proprietary operating system
you are using is exactly the same as the person next to you. The
proprietary operating system is exactly the same as hundreds of
thousands of other peoples. You have no individuality, you are
simply a number on an accountants financial statement. You may as
well be in the Matrix.
