Ubuntu 10.10 Has an Amazing New Font

"Canonical uploaded and replaced today the default font in the the upcoming Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick Meerkat) operating system.

"A couple of weeks ago, we've announced that Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick Meerkat) has a beautiful new wallpaper, and yesterday we've announced the Release Candidate of Ubuntu 10.10.

"With today's updates, every Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick Meerkat) user will get an amazing new font, called Ubuntu Font Family. As Canonical says, it is a beautiful, clear, libre and open font family."
