"Nautilus Elementary is probably the best thing
happened to Gnome's very own file browser in a long time. I gave it
a go in the just released Ubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" RC and I
was quite taken aback by the amount of improvements with the new
Nautilus Elementary.
"What's New in Nautilus Elementary?
"Nautilus Elementary brings in all the eyecandy it had for
Ubuntu Lucid users plus some new features which are exclusive for
Ubuntu Maverick users. Here is how Nautilus Elementary looks like
in Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick(was using Equinox + Faenza theme
combination).
"Nautilus Elementary now have a Terminal embedded with Nautilus
by default and you can enable it by pressing F7. Terminal opens in
the current directory, similar to the Nautilus-Terminal script we
featured in our top 6 nautilus scripts and extensions post."
