Android wins a point in battle with Apple

We were basing our assertion on experience with a first-generation iPad and a Windows PC. It turns out that newer iPads, running iOS 6, can be connected to a PC and they show up in the device list under My Computer. The iPad Mini.
However, it looks like an Apple concession to complainers, because you get access to the top-level Photo Album only, not to all the directories on the iPad.
