"Linux seller Red Hat has unveiled new channel alliances in two
open-source hotbeds in Asia-Pacific.
"According to Angus Robertson, Red Hat's vice president for
South Asia, the firm has expanded its partner network in Malaysia
and Thailand, two of the most vocal proponents of Linux in the
Asean region.
"HPD Systems, a reseller of Hewlett Packard's range of server
and business PCs, has been appointed as a new distributor in
