"Italy's National Centre for IT in Public Administration (CNIPA) published on 15/09/2004 a comparative study of Microsoft Office and two open source software competitors, StarOffice and OpenOffice. The Microsoft suite, it found, remains the easiest solution for collaborative work because of its dominant market position and of compatibility problems.
